It takes everything that makes Dark Souls 3 great. Incredible atmosphere, and has one of the best bosses in the entire Souls series (Slave Knight Gael). It perfectly captures the feeling of a decaying world and serves as a fitting conclusion to Dark Souls. Absolutely worth playing.
As with the base game, I wish this was less linear, but it is otherwise exquisite. As others have said, Gael is one of the best boss fights I've ever seen and a worthy conclusion to the series.
15 Euro for 4 bosses one of them trash pvp fight. Not worth it. none of the areas in dlc are fun. And has the most anoying enemys in game like angels, giant summoners and death syphilis spreaders dont waste your money on this trash dlc
If you play DS3 you really need both DLC to get the complete experience. As usual Fromsoft cooks their best bosses and OSTs in the DLC. The exploration is short but the enemies do more to get in your way.
Pinnacle of game entertainment
The Ringed City DLC is way bigger than Ashes of Ariandel. The starting area of this DLC combines multiple locations from previous Dark Souls titles and smashes them together as the Age of Fire comes to a close.
