Gothic-like Classic! It's really cool, that the game now supports controller, runs great on Steam Deck.

RISEN is a great game from the developers of GOTHIC...and it shows :D (known mostly in Central Europe...) Its a contained adventure on a remote island, so its a bit small, but great every step!!! Combat is better than in GOTHIC, improvements!!! Music is still awesome. Some NPCs are funny xD what more you wanted?? RI…

It's a masterpiece, even the later parts of the game which are a modern recreation of Ultima Underworld.

Pretty good. I'd say it's a hidden gem, it's rough around the edges but has a lot of charm & fun quest design for the most part.
