Might be OK on a big PC screen... on Steam Deck it's just unplayable . Controls are manageable at best, visuals are often unreadable, music is highly repetitive and gets annoying fast. It's a GTA wannabe (the 1st one), but it failed to rise to the occasion. Visuals in the trailer are zoomed-in for a reason.
