Dishonored

This game is amazing! It holds up great 14 years later. Traversing each level feels smooth, due to how well the environments were designed. The story had some obvious cliches but it was extremely enjoyable regardless. The characters reacting to certain events and your overall progress was awesome to see as well.

I once saw my friend playing Dishonored when I was a wee lad. I remember being mesmerised by the aesthetic of it, not understanding a bit but nonetheless astonished. Many years later I completed the game myself and forgot about it only to come back and be mesmerised again. This is a rare one.

Example of really good and underrated game, You can feel Immersive Sim spirit from minute one. Overall design and setting in this game is really good. There are many ways to complete the same mission in the game. Nice replayability. Story is okay, nothing really special. Gameplay is really fun. Must play.
