Leaving this review to say that you can prevent the game from crashing by setting the executable in Combatibility mode and set it to windows XP you do that by right clicking the Executable and then open properties. Twin Peaks, the game. Been one of my favorite games of all time for many years. Play it.

A terrible, borderline unplayable, port of a great game. Unless you're a big Twin Peaks fan and do not mind having to browse the guides to get over hundreds of game breaking bugs, skip it, watch a playthrough on YouTube or get a Switch version.
