Freaking loved every single second of it I've played it over 60 hours or so but the hours won't show up cuz I mostly played it offline,had a hell of a time with my brother playing all the chapters Just wish there was more To this blessing

Unlike the second game, the first half life doesn’t hold up great nowadays, but black mesa fixes that. This game’s gameplay, graphics, soundtrack, and story are all phenomenal and improved from the original. It’s just an even better remake of an already amazing game. Strongly recommend 9/10

A love letter to perhaps the most influencial action game of all time, with every possible addition giving the universe new life. Too bad there was no amount of development time that could make the Xen levels unbearable.
