I'm still new to ARMA so I haven't explored everything; but what's here and the communities you can find (mainly on ARMA 3 unit subreddit or the like) makes this the best game in my library. Don't get me started on the mods. Trying to summarise them is like trying to summarise every atom in the milky way.
